 My comment:
 (a) This report does not mention China.
 (b) Pakistan bought F-16 C/D in September 2006, all of which are to be
 delivered later this year. Take a look at the illustration in the WSJ report
 : the unit price, including parts, training, etc is about $60 million. The
 tag price of China's J-10, in comparison, is $40 million. No wonder China
 can only secure Pakistan so far as a customer.
