(a) There are six video clips under the title "The truth of Senkaku Islands incident[.] Chinese Government will soon be busted" (uploaded by arkitec000, on Nov. 4, 2010). Only the fifth out of six ("5/6") shows Chinese fishboat ramming Japan's Coast Guard ship.

(a) The article is of course Mr. Rozoff's persoanl view. I am not aware how accurate it is. What is interesting is his view about Japan-Russia row over "Northern Territories" 北方領土. So start reading at the paragraph that begins with "Antagonizing China with the threat of military intervention on behalf of Japan."
