(a) Hebei Welcome Pharmaceutical Co 河北维尔康制药有限公司 (1994- ; based in 石家庄市; a joint venture of (上市公司) 华北制药股份有限公司与香港三威国际有限公司) has nothing to do with the pharmaceutical company Henry Wellcome co-founded in 1880 and later merged in 2000 to form GlaxoSmithKline.
(b) The other defendant/ respondent is North China Pharmaceutical Group 华北制药集团有限公司 (1958- ; 石家庄市; 中国最大的制药企业; a subsidiary of state-owned enterprise 冀中能源集团有限责任公司).
(c) A slip onion is a court opinion just released, which be modified later on in terms of choice of words (but not the bottom line itself)..
