(a) Apparently besides the December exercise on retake of Senkaku Islands, there is a November missile defense test by a Japanese destroyer.
(b) For JS Kirishima, see JDS Kirishima (for Japan Defense Ship* Kirishima)

But the same wiki shows 陳儀 was Taiwan governor from Aug. 29, 1945 to Mar. 22, 1947 (and returned to Chinese mainland on May 11 following). So I have no idea how 陳儀 might kill 安藤.
