My comment:
(a) Perhaps because the Pentagon's annual report to Congress 2011 almost never mentioned the DF-21D missile, Bloomberg inquired about it. This report actually does not add anything new, which reports that a Pentagon spokeswoman on China replies China has "workable design" in DF-21D.
(b) The report mentions the mechanism of over-the-horiozon (OTH) radar, which I had not been able to understand.
