(iv) Ichirō almost invariably is 一郎. But you know names of persons and places in Japan have great latitude in choosing kanji.

Here he is (still living) 肥土 伊知郎  Ichirō AKUTO
ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/肥土伊知郎

translation: President of Venture Whiskey. A grandson of founder of 東亜酒造, which operated Hanyū distillery 羽生蒸留所. Graduated from University of Tokyo, with a major in 醸造学 [can mean either brewing or distilling or both in Japanese]. Entered [another company] Suntory. Wished to [famous] Yamazaki distillery [owned by Suntory] but gave up once told that a master’s degree was necessary to work there. Afterwards, worked at father’s 東亜酒造. 東亜酒造 was in crisis and had to sell 羽生蒸留所. However, the buyer decided to withdraw from whiskey business, and to dump the unblended whiskey already at the distillery, if a buyer could not be located for the wine. Exploring the idea, he finally got a hand from 福島県の笹の川酒造, where he warehoused the unblended whiskey, having borrowed from relatives to buy the wine. In September 2004, established venture Whiskey company at Chichibu, Saitama. Commuted [from Chichibu] to 笹の川酒造. Commercialized in Spring 2005 the "Ichirō's Whiskey."  With 56 percent alcohol by volume, “Kings of Diamonds” in Ichirō's Whiskey card series was awarded the highest honor of “Gold Award” in English “Whiskey magazine. In November 2007, [the construction of] Venture Whiskey's 秩父蒸溜所 was completed.

(i) One of the four French suits is “spades.” An “ace” is a card. They are all lower cases.
(ii) Look at the photo of a whiskey bottle.
