(a) occasion: 新竹風箏節; location: 新竹南寮漁港; date: Aug 30, 2020 (Sunday); the girl was suspended in air for 30 seconds, with kite tail wrapping around her torso. At the moment of kite rising, the tail and the girl was to the right, and out of the frame in the video (in other words, neither the tail nor the girl could be seen the moment the kite rose.)
