(1) First of all, we have to understand the infrastructure.
(a) Big Air Shougang 首钢滑雪大跳台 was where BOTH snowboarding and skiing freestyle were held.
(b) A picture is worth a thousand words.
(i) Snowboard Big Air. GraphicNews, Feb 6, 2022
https://www.graphicnews.com/en/p ... c_Snowboard_Big_Air

Only this Web page is available to the public -- not Skiing Big Air, for example -- in this website (but the specifications of the ramp is identical in any event).
(ii) Big Air Specification [sic]. FIS, undated
https://wiki.fis-ski.com/index.php/Big_Air_Specification
(A) "A Kicker is a man made jump normally found in a snow park (terrain park)": from the Web.  Interestingly, the same is called "ski hump" in an aircraft carrier (of Soviet Union, Russia and China -- but not France). The two terms (kicjer and ski hump) are interchangeable.
(B) Tablet is a small table. Table, because it is flat.

(2) Here are the numbers, or specifications.

Joseph Foitzgerald, Uwe Beier, Martin Fiala and Roberto Moresi, FIS Requirements for the Design of Freestyle Skiing and Snowboard Stadiums for the Olympic Venues 2022. FIS, undated (under the heading "Appendix 4EE")

In the last several pages:

"Big Air [sic: being not all capitalized]

You see the tablet and judges stand?

Express a slope in terms of percentage not degrees? Earlier in the Requirement was "Technical Roads for snowmobiles and snowcats: width min 6 m to 10 m. Max inclination 15 degrees (25%), for snowmobiles."  So, percentage is different from degree.
(ii) grade (slope)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grade_(slope)
("grade (also called slope, incline, gradient, mainfall, pitch or rise) of a physical feature"; section 1 Nomenclature: angle of inclination and percentage)

The illustration on the right of section 1 shows a slope of 30% is same as that of 16.7 degrees.
