(a) Remember a fortnight ago VOA Chinese had two reports titled 台湾海军有制
海权吗？ and 大陆军事专家怎样评估台湾海军, respectively. Both reports
identified Taiwan Ministry of National Defense web site as the source of the
original English-language report. It turns out that the original report was
published by Jamestown Foundation.
