My comment: Traditionally Beijing exempts both pregnant women and infants
from vaccination of SEASONAL flu. So, it needs to conducts clinical trials
of H1N1 vaccine. However, other nations and World Health Organizations have
not had such reservations on seasonal flu vaccine, as well as H1N1 vaccine.
